Brandon Health Mart Pharmacy strives to provide the highest quality
service for your medical needs.  This includes the same services you would
expect from any pharmacy as well as some unique services as well. 
Below we have highlighted a few of the services we offer 

1. After hours prescription drop-off-  If you are passing by the pharmacy while we are not open, you can use our prescription drop off box.  This is similar to a book or movie return into which you can put your prescription bottles or notes so that they will be ready for you when you stop back .
   
   
2. Information Kiosk-  Our waiting area will be equipped with a computer that can be used to look up medical information, find prescription coupons, sign up for Medicare, etc.
   
   
3. Automatic refills-  Sign up for our Automatic Refills program and your monthly prescriptions can refilled automatically.  About a week before your prescription is set to run out, I will refill your prescription and then contact you when it is ready.
   
   

4. Free Programs and Coupons- We will download and print out reports from your blood glucose meter for free that you can take to your doctor to help monitor glucose trends.  We also have a free calcium supplement program for our customers taking osteoporosis medications. 

5. Extended pharmacist contact-  Have you ever gone into a pharmacy and had questions but did not want to bother the pharmacist because they looked busy?  Patient consultation is an EXTREMELY important part of the pharmacist’s job and will be given the proper consideration.

7. Customized Service-  Since you will be working directly with the owner, there is more flexibility for special requests.  If you want a certain product on the shelf, we will do what we can to put it there.  Additionally, if you need Tom to speak at a health fair or career day, he will be there (providing he can get someone to work at the store). 
   
   
8. Private Consultation Room-  The consultation window in the pharmacy counter should be sufficient for most drug information and advice, but should we need to talk about something in private, or discuss your prescription for an extended period of time, we should move into the comfort of the private consultation room.  From glucose meter training to vaccinations, this room is an important part of the privacy and comfort that a patient should expect from the pharmacist.
   
   
9. Electronic updates-  From sales to health news, being a fan of Brandon Health Mart Pharmacy on Facebook will keep you up to date on the news about which the pharmacist is most excited.  Our website will be maintained to give you an online source for information and resources.
